libanfo0 software package provides Library for Short Read Aligner/Mapper from MPG, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libanfo0
libanfo0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libanfo0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libanfo0 *
You will get with libanfo0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
